The hotel was very value for money with very great location that just walking distance to Kuta beach. If your plan for Bali holiday and just need place to rest at night (with all outside activities), this hotel is the best option. The staff from reception, security guard, parking valet officer and everyone are very nice.

Wow, what an excellent stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful, I stayed for 6 nights and when I left a do not disturb sign for two mornings (so they didn't have to clean anything) they called my room to ask if I needed any extra amenities. Called for an issue with the AC, turns out I left my balcony door a little open and it turns off automatically if the door is open. But the service guy came within 5 mins. Breakfast was good with multiple choices, the eggs were really good. Location was good too, less than 10 min walk to Kuta Beach, I even walked to Seminyak along the beach (30-40mins) once and took a scooter ride another time(10 mins). Lots of shops and restaurants around. Fridge in room. Pool was nice. AC works really well. No bugs either. Would definitely stay there again.

We booked this hotel for the afternoon/evening before a very late flight out. The hotel is very centrally located and although very cheap it is spotlessly clean. Yes the towels are a little old and the place is looking tired, but value for money cannot be beaten. There were bathroom amenities, bottled water provided and a safe in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and for the price we paid, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

I fractured my knee my first night in Kuta and the hotel staff took such good care of me. Took me to the hospital and took turns to sit by my side for 6 hours while I was there. Held my hand while I was crying and made me feel like family. Since I was travelling by myself it was so nice to have that support. They also helped me bring food/drinks to the room when I had a hard time getting around on crutches. Will definitely come back when I visit Kuta again.

When I first checked in, I had an issue with bedding and it was organised to the way I wanted it by the evening. The staff and managers are really helpful. Honestly, I have never met more caring people and more genuine stuff ever a lifelong recommendation for friends and family travelling to Bali, Kuta.

Me and my friend had a wonderful stay in Zia Hotel Kuta. The place was great with the best price for budget travelers like us. The rooms were spacious and every day make up room. Their buffet was also great even though it has limited options. Thank you Bayu for the smooth check in as well as an awesome stay! Thank as well, Julie, for the unique omelet and serving us with awesome food! Thank you Devi for the customized reservation we have! The location was right at the center of all stores, bars, warungs, and anything that we need. Even though the island is always traffic, it can easy access the Kuta beach and other activities that we want! I will surely go back and stay with friends or family.

Its close to restaurants, airport is just 15 to 30mins, depending on traffic. Few meters from the Kuta beach. Infront is a convenience store. And they granted my requests, they reply fast on my queries. The breakfast has few choices but a lil bit cold. The front desk personel, Gita is really lovely.

It was really good time we enjoyed in Bali while stay in Hotel Zia. All staff of Hotel Zia are so cordial, well behaved and supportive. Specially, I must acknowledge and appreciate Mr. Winarya who actually helped us a lot to stay in Hotel Zia. He is so helpful person. I always stay at Hotel Zia Kuta during my visits to Bali, and once again, I was impressed by the incredibly friendly staff. From the warm welcome upon arrival to their attentive service throughout my stay, their hospitality truly stands out. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the amenities are top-notch, and the convenient location makes it easy to explore Kuta and beyond. I highly recommend Hotel Zia Kuta for a memorable stay in Bali.
